Mindfulness means practicing a moment by moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and surrounding environment. It is a tool that supports stress reduction and increased wellbeing.

NICE (the UK’s National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence) recommends Mindfulness as a front line treatment for certain conditions. Mindfulness is being taught with great effect in schools, prison and even the UK Houses of Parliament. It has been adopted by a number of global companies, including Google and Apple.
