WELLNESS RETREAT 16th-18th September 2022

Hello Everyone,


As many of you know we planned our first ever Retreat in 2020 which was cancelled like so many other things we had planned and hoped to attend.

We are so excited to announce the NEW Retreat date at Florence House.

On the brow of Seaford Head, Sussex, sits Florence House; rock solid in the sea air and surrounding wild landscape. In many ways its situation is a metaphor for its life’s purpose – a haven for the spirit however the wind blows. It’s a much loved venue for life enhancing workshops, retreats, weddings and conferences. In essence, it lovingly embraces divine inspiration, the sacredness and potential of each individual and the healing power of the landscape in which it sits.

We only have 2 twin and 2 triple rooms left.  If you would like to book your space please email Emma info@pilatesbodystudio.co.uk to reserve your space. If you have paid your deposit we will need the remainder amount by beginning of August.  We will be in touch to arrange payment. A weekend to relax and unwind.  Yoga, Pilates, Mediation and More.  We will be working on our schedule over the next month but would love to hear from you if you have any requests.

Friday 16th September

5pm Meet & Greet
6pm Dinner

8.15 pm Group Opening Meditation
8.30-9.30pm Candlelight Pilates & Bediation with Genine & Lisa

Saturday 17th September
8-8.20am Optional Silent Morning Meditation – with Lisa
8.30am Yogalates – with Genine
10am – Breakfast 10am
11-12 – Spikey Ball Pilates –  with Genine

Massages available throughout the day (at additional cost)

1.30pm Lunch
2.30-3.30 Silent Walking Meditation – with Lisa
3.30-4.30 Mindfulness Creative Hour – with Lisa
5pm Tea and cake
5.30pm – Spacemask Pilates & Essential Oils – with Genine
7pm – Dinner
8pm – Camp Fire – (if weather not good Music – Dance indoors)

Sunday 18th September
8-8.20am Optional Silent Morning Meditation – with Lisa
8.30-9.30am Breakfast
9.45-10.45 Silent meditation walk
11am – Pilates Flow
1.30 pm Lunch
3 pm Group Closing Reflection Meditation
